Having fun during convention season

Both the London Sci-Fi/Fantasy 6 and the Welland Star Wars Toy Show are now complete, and I consider both to be a success.  Thank you to everyone who stopped by my table at both events, I enjoyed chatting and getting to know all of you.  I have had quite a few interesting costume requests, especially for Doctor Who and Star Wars themed costumes.

As you may have noticed, this page is very new, and a little sparse still.  I plan to put up a photo gallery in the next week or so (but first I have to take some more pictures!) and a Facebook page as well.  In the mean time, please feel free to contact me by clicking on the “About Me” tab above.

I am looking forward to my next event, Condition Blue in July.

London Sci-Fi / Fantasy 6

I am looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend at the London Rogues Sci-fi / Fantasy 6.  Money raised at the door will be going towards “Walk Now for Autism Speaks”.  I will have a booth and will be selling pillows, child and adult robes and more.  Make sure to drop by and say hi!

Be sure to check these out at the convention this weekend.

Free Comic Book Day 2012

I had a blast at Free Comic Book Day 2012.  The highlight of this was judging the Library’s costume contest.  Check out the London Community News for some of the creative costumes.

Some Old Media Coverage

I just thought I’d share some old news articles from last year with me dressed in my Shaak Ti costume.

This was a promotional picture taken outside the Aquatic Centre and was in the London Metro.  The clone tropper is Robert Appleton (left) and Bobba Fett is Doug Cottreel (right).

You can also see me smiling while lining up on Free Comic Book Day 2011.  I won first place in the library’s costume contest that year.
